The Head of Credit Risk IT leads the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions for credit risk management. This role oversees credit risk models, ensures data integrity, and provides strategic direction to enhance credit risk processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, compliance with regulations, and driving innovation are key aspects of this role.

Skills required:-

• Master\’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• CFA, FRM, PRM, PMP, ITIL certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years in credit risk management with a focus on IT solutions.
• Proven senior leadership experience in financial services.
• Experience in developing and implementing credit risk models
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and data management technologies – preferably using Java
• Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
• Strong project management skills.
