My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking for a Corporate/CommercialLawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include reviewing and commenting on IT agreements and other supply agreements relevant to the business of the group, providing legal support in connection with ad hoc projects as required, including outsourcing projects and projects related to legal and regulatory change; The ideal candidate would have previous experience providing legal supportfrom a top tier law firm or equivalent financial services organisation.
