Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.

Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer:

• Manage leasehold properties
• Oversee budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
• Deal with breaches of leases
• Assist in property purchases and buybacks
• Complete scheme inspections

Essential Requirements of the Leasehold Officer:

• Experience dealing within leaseholds
