Recruitment Consultant - IT

Are you an experienced IT sector Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to work for a well-established Blue Chip recruitment agency based in Birmingham?

This is a hybrid role with LOTS of flexibility in terms of hours and days worked (up to 4 from home), once you pass your probation. School hours may also be considered for experienced Consultants.

As the experienced IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:-

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
• Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
• Build client relationships and account manage clients.
• Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
• Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
