The Weapons Engineering Submarine (WESM) Tactical Weapons System (TWS) subject matter expert (SME) is responsible for gathering the technical data to support the courseware & media development programme. The WESM TWS SME will have suitable Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour and will understand the technical data required, the sources of that data and how to access that data.

The successful person will have:

  • Proven at sea experience as a WESM TWS e.g. in a TWEO, DWEO or TWS Gp Chief/Head role.
  • An ability to work with learning teams to offer support and advice around subject matters in the Weapons Engineering Submarine (WESM) Tactical Weapon Systems (TWS) space.
