Salary: £23,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £35K Year 1 | £60K Year 2 | £90K+ Year 3

What youll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Market mapping and business research

• Headhunting senior candidates across the UK, Europe, US and APAC

• Supporting Consultants on retained Executive Search assignments

• Gaining exposure to senior-level recruitment strategy

• Taking on real responsibility from day one

• No degree required just a proven track record of success and drive
