My client is a leading main contractor operating in the Data centre sector, they have a requirement for a CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship project in North London. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Prepare detailed CSA cost estimates and budgets for projects, including labour, materials, and provide accurate cost forecasts and financial projections to support project planning and decision-making. Review and manage contracts and subcontracts, ensuring that all parties adhere to contractual terms and conditions.
