You will lead and support the growth of our FM portfolio, driving work-winning initiatives and overseeing smooth project mobilisations. In the early stages of your role, you’ll focus on the strategic, continuous improvement of existing term projects and programmes—working closely with Skanska Building Services portfolio leads. This includes spearheading key projects to enhance FM technology, systems development, supply chain partnerships, productivity, and operational procedures.

Your Impact
In this senior-level position, you’ll lead the development and delivery of high-performing facilities management solutions across hard services, with a potential oversight of soft services and project works. You’ll play a key role in:
- Leading the strategic improvement of existing term projects and mobilisations.
- Shaping and executing initiatives across FM technology, supply chain partnerships, and operational procedures.
- Driving profitability, productivity, and cultural excellence across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L accountability for projects, delivering Hard FM (and potentially Soft FM) services with excellence.
- Lead technical compliance, health and safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Support contract teams to enhance delivery and work-winning through innovation and operational insight.
- Apply your expertise in lifecycle works, small works, data-driven decision making, and FM mobilisation.
- Set and monitor performance targets, proactively managing risks and maximising contract profitability.
