We are currently looking for several graduates to join one of the UK's leading currency markets specialists in their London office. This is an amazing opportunity to join the business at a time of rapid expansion and be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values an entrepreneurial spirit, making them an ideal place for those seeking a dynamic and innovative team.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be focusing on the financial operations of the business managing transactions and payments flowing through the business. This is an incredibly important function that will give you broad exposure across the business and a deep understanding of FX and financial markets.

The Role:

  • Allocation of incoming and outbound payments accurately and within SLAs across a range of providers
  • Troubleshoot payment processing issues promptly to minimize disruptions
  • Liaise with financial institutions, payment service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Communicate with internal teams and assist with queries generated through internal workflows
  • Investigation and clearance of reconciliation breaks
  • Assist with new platform testing and migration
  • Ensure adherence to legal/regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines
  • Support the identification and management of service affecting incidents
  • Exhibit GC values: accountability, passion, integrity, excellence, collaboration and personalisation.
  • Accountable for understanding Consumer Duty policy and procedures; partnering and collaborating within the team to achieve set standards.
