In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our flagship application. Your expertise in automation frameworks, manual testing, and API/frontend testing will be pivotal in building robust processes and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Katalon.
  • Conduct manual testing for exploratory and edge-case scenarios.
  • Create and execute API and frontend tests for web applications.
  • Perform multi-browser compatibility testing.
  • Actively engage in agile development processes.
  • Continuously improve scripts for reliability and scalability.
  • Support team members with guidance on testing and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging QA tools, technologies, and trends.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, focusing on automation and manual testing.
  • Proficiency in cross-browser testing, including UI and functional testing.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and Katalon.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in build processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and QA best practices.
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
  • Based in the UK or Austria.
