Job Description

I'm recruiting for a Pricing analyst to join an expanding freight forwarding company based in locally near Heathow area. You must have AIR or OCEAN freight experience.

Daily duties will include:

Receiving customer quotations (RFQ from CRM)
Air & ocean freight pricing import, export and cross trade
Negotiating rates with carriers, hauliers and suppliers
Prepare and submit customer quotations and proposals within an agreed time frame
Creating and issuing quotations
Communicate with customers to manage and follow up on all quotes, obtaining feedback to measure, analyse and circulate to relevant teams
Track success and failure rate of quotes
Develop and build relationships with customers
Updating tariffs

Experience needed:

Hands on operational and industry knowledge of air Cargo
Ability to work under pressure
Strong numerical and commercial skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel and Power BI

Working hours:

Monday – Friday 800-16.00 or 8.30-16.30pm with 26 days WFH
