About the Team:

As a People Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role within a newly formed People and Culture team, shaping the employee experience for our talented teams, enabling both creative and corporate functions to thrive.
Overview
Reporting to the Head of People Partnering (UK, US, APAC), you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across predominantly UK-based teams, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. This generalist role will support a diverse client group, ranging from dynamic creative functions to high-performing corporate teams, ensuring alignment with our brand’s values and strategic objectives.
You’ll be an advocate for our culture, championing initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and inclusivity.
Strategic Business Partnering:

Build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers, acting as a strategic advisor to drive people initiatives that align with business goals.

Provide expert advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
Employee Relations:

Handle complex employee relations issues with confidence and sensitivity, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies.

Support managers in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Management and Development:

Identify and nurture top talent, ensuring robust development plans and career pathways are in place.

Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and reviews.

Work closely with the Learning and Development team and Talent Acquisition team to identify talent risk areas and proactively plan for the future by driving to them feedback and insights which help them collaborate on value add initiatives

Change Management:

Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to employees and teams.

Leverage Workday to manage HR processes efficiently, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.

Your Talents:

Significant HR generalist experience in a similar People Partner or HR Business Partner role, ideally within the luxury fashion, retail, or creative industries.

Strong understanding of both creative and corporate environments, with the ability to adapt to varying needs.

Proficiency in people platforms (preferably Workday) and experience managing HR systems and reporting.

Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at all levels of the organization.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
