Key Responsibilities:

Ownership of Entities:

• Manage financial accounting and reporting across four entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close
• Partner with local teams and external advisors to oversee outsourced functions such as payroll.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support revenue tracking, cost control initiatives, and scenario modelling.
• Provide strategic insights and analytics to the finance leadership and commercial teams.

Global Reporting & Collaboration:

• Contribute to global consolidation, team reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Coordinate with teams in Europe and North America to align timelines and processes.

Process Improvement & Controls:

• Drive new initiatives for month-end close to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Help standardise processes and implement scalable solutions across the region.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and best practices.

Business Partnering & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret financial data and support business decision-making.
• Translate financial performance into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Elevate the function by moving beyond “in the weeds” accounting into broader business value-add.

Your Background:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or a related industry preferred
• Strong understanding of entity accounting, ideally with Luxembourg structures would be beneficial.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, controls (FP&A a bonus)
• Previous experience from Big Four or leading mid-tier audit firm.
• Excellent communication skills – you’ll need to confidently engage with stakeholders across regions and disciplines.
• Hands-on, proactive and commercially minded.
