Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end software implementations – including requirements gathering, solution configuration, process documentation, user training, testing, and go-live support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, using deep product and packaging industry knowledge to drive value from my client’s software.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support implementation success and broader organisational initiatives (e.g., sales support, process improvements).
- Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capability.
- Maintain 80%+ utilisation across customer projects.
- 5+ years' experience in the corrugated box or folding carton industry
- Proven experience implementing enterprise application software
- Established proficiency with one or more of my client’s software solutions
- Demonstrated success in a professional services or client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
