We’re seeking a visionary Sustainable Investing Marketing Manager to take charge of our sustainable investing marketing strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is a rare opportunity to play a critical role in shaping how our brand champions sustainable investing and engages with key stakeholders in a rapidly evolving market. This is a complex role, requiring deep subject matter knowledge and macro-political understanding.
Based in London, you will work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Sustainable Investing teams to drive our sustainable investing agenda. This role is designed for a high-performing individual with a deep understanding of marketing, campaign delivery and event execution. Marketing Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of our broader sustainable investing marketing campaign program across EMEA, working in close collaboration with the VP EMEA Marketing, VP EMEA SI Content, and MD Sustainable Investing.
- Serve as the marketing lead for our new Sustainability Stewardship Service, crafting a world-class experience for forum members. Work with regional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding for the new service.
- Develop marketing campaigns aligned with our goal of enhancing visibility and thought leadership in sustainable investing across the EMEA region.
- Deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns, integrating digital, print, and experiential tactics to reach diverse institutional audiences.
- Leverage your digital marketing skills, particularly with tools like Marketo, to build targeted email and web campaigns that resonate with target market clients.
- Stay ahead of regional trends and insights to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with EMEA’s unique challenges and opportunities in sustainability.
Events Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2025 Sustainable Investing Event Calendar, ensuring seamless delivery of our perspectives at key industry events.
- Manage every detail, from budgets, site selection, and registration, to speaker coordination, transportation, and venue management, with the support and coordination of our events team in Europe.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to secure high-profile speaking opportunities and build agendas that reflect our sustainability thought leadership.
- Evaluate the success of events using data-driven metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and a measurable return on investment.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- 10–12+ years’ marketing experience, with a key focus on sustainable investing / ESG and financial services / asset management.
- Deep understanding of the European and Middle Eastern and African market landscapes, including sustainability trends and regulatory environments.
- A track record of meeting tight deadlines with precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns in a global organization.
- Expertise in analyzing marketing and event data to uncover insights and unlock new opportunities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to brief and collaborate with design teams to bring compelling ideas to life.
- Ability to coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
