They’ve launched multiple award-winning apps used by millions globally and have just released their first AI-led storytelling platform. It’s already turning heads in the industry and they’re only getting started. With cutting-edge generative tools, strong commercial traction, and a creative-first culture, this team is building at speed and now they’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help scale the next chapter.
What’s the role? You’ll lead product growth across monetisation, retention, and enterprise owning the strategy and execution to drive user value, product stickiness, and commercial impact. You’ll be shaping the full funnel, from onboarding to expansion with full ownership over pricing models, subscription experiments, B2B offerings, and more. It’s a high-impact, cross-functional role, working across product, data, design, and leadership to drive real business results.
What will you be doing?
- Own and optimise the full user journey from onboarding to retention
- Define and execute growth strategies across activation, revenue, and product-led expansion
- Shape pricing models and monetisation experiments to drive conversion and LTV
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop workflows and offerings for enterprise users
- Dig into data and research to find new levers for growth
- Measure impact, test hypotheses, and prioritise ruthlessly
