Your new role
You\’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and all other ER matters. From initial advice to final outcome, you\’ll lead each case with confidence and professionalism-ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience.
What you\’ll need to succeed
This 3-month interim assignment requires someone with a strong HR background in ER and case work who will hit the ground running, manage a busy caseload independently, and make an immediate impact. Your key attributes will be:

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Effective communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to commit to a 3-month period in the assignment.
