Early Career Teacher (ECT) | September 2025\\n\\nLocation: Camberwell, Southwark\\n\\nFull-time, 5 days per week\\n\\nSalary: Inner, M1 – £36,745 – M6 – £50,288\\n\\nTeach Plus are currently working with a primary school located in Southwark, who are seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to start in September.\\n\\nThis Catholic primary school in Camberwell offers a nurturing, inclusive environment for children aged 3 to 11. Rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, the school combines academic excellence with enriching activities in music, sport, drama, and philosophy, helping every child thrive with confidence and joy.\\n\\nAs an Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will be required to:\\n\\nTake on full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments.\\nPlan and deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.\\nUse a range of different primary class teacher strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.\\nMaintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression.\\nAttend meetings and INSET days to further support the education and training of the pupils.
