TML Recruitment are partnered with an award winning real estate adviser with more than 170 staff across 10 offices throughout the UK. Our client is known in the market for their excellent reputation in multiple property disciplines and are looking to further enhance their valuation department in Oxford with a Director or strong Associate Director to help establish themselves further. Our client represents a diverse range of clients covering all assets from classic commercial to residential and development opportunities and even trade related properties giving the selected candidate real opportunity across markets and not be siloed. The company operate a ‘staff first’ mentality and are known for excellent work life balance. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • You will be involved in all aspects of valuation, including office, retail, industrial and residential properties and residential development sites. Even some leisure properties.
  • You will write comprehensive reports for a really diverse client base including major banks, corporate and private clients.
  • Assist in the management of existing clients and development of new clients.
  • Be a key member of a growing valuation team, with view to equity in the firm.
  • You will be involved in Business Development and acting as an ambassador for the business, developing the organisations brand in the market place, fostering new relationships.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • Be a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Have a good understanding and knowledge of the markets ideally in the Oxfordshire region, but this is not essential.
  • Be familiar with Kel and Argus software but not essential.
  • Be looking for a career path focusing on property valuation and team leadership.
  • Ideally able to manage teams or want to help nurture junior talent.
