Multitask Personnel are proud to be partnering with a leading property services provider, delivering high-quality repairs, upgrades, and maintenance across housing contracts.
We are currently looking to recruit a Multiskilled Labourer on a temp ongoing basis, to support an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience across multiple trades in a fast-evolving industry. The work is expected to last at least 3 years with scope for further work in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general labour support across departments, including plumbing, electrical and renewable energy
- Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, heating systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps
- Carry out flagging, concreting and mould eradication
- Deliver and set up materials and equipment for various projects
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Support the team to ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a labourer or multiskilled trades role is advantageous
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labour
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical or renewable energy systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Valid driverβs licence and access to reliable transport
- CSCS Card and DBS required
