As the sole Belgium Immigration Specialist, you’ll lead all aspects of case management, communication with authorities, and advisory support to clients and relocating employees.
Responsibilities- Advise clients and assignees on Belgium immigration processes, requirements, and strategic options.
- Manage end-to-end immigration casework for Belgium, from eligibility assessment through to final approvals.
- Liaise with Belgian authorities to ensure timely and compliant case progression.
- Prepare detailed case assessments, identifying suitable permit types and documentation requirements.
- Produce accurate cost estimates and immigration timelines tailored to each client’s needs.
- Ensure the proper legalisation and authentication of documents in compliance with local law.
- Draft and deliver advisory reports on inbound Belgian immigration for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive records, track visa expirations, and meet critical deadlines.
- Manage billing tasks, including invoice reviews and reporting for internal finance teams.
