We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time contract.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care - assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities

- Monitor residents' well-being - identifying any changes and reporting to senior management

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in elderly care (essential)
- Experience in a senior care assistant or leadership role (preferred)

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
