Operations and Replenishment Manager

A premium retailer is looking for a retail manager to join its expansive team based at Edinburgh Airport. This company is offers an extensive product range, many of which are exclusive which has seen them become one of the most commercially successful businesses in the UK.

The role of night operations manager will see the chosen candidate have an innovative role to improve strategy within the business. This will mainly focus on ensuring that all stock files are accurate and up to date to ensure that stock levels are correct. You will also be responsible for health and safety and making sure that your team are working to the relevant guidelines.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail warehouse/operation led background and be familiar with working in fast paced environments to meet working deadlines. The chosen candidate will also need to be an effective motivator to ensure that the team is working to their full capacity and achieving the relevant KPI’s.

The salary is paying up to £33,000 with benefits:
