Retail Operations Assistant

Luca Faloni is a luxury Italian menswear brand that blends timeless design with exceptional craftsmanship. Our London stores are the heart of our customer experience, and we are looking for a proactive Retail Operations & Facilities Assistant to ensure everything behind the scenes runs as flawlessly as our clothing.

The role

You will be the backbone of our retail operations, supporting facilities, suppliers, store management, compliance, and general operational tasks. Your work will help create a seamless, exceptional in-store experience for both customers and colleagues.

What you will do:

• Coordinate facilities management, maintenance, and store readiness.
• Support day-to-day retail operations, keeping stores efficient and organized.
• Liaise with suppliers for deliveries, stock management, and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects across stores.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve store performance.

Who you are:

• Experienced in retail operations, store support, or facilities coordination.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
• A strong communicator with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Passionate about luxury retail and delivering a premium customer experience.
