An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s Banking and Finance team in London. The team covers acquisition finance, financial regulation (particularly electronic payments), Islamic finance, project finance, real estate finance, restructuring and insolvency, sports finance, and venture debt finance. The firm has a strong sector focus on sport, renewables, and technology.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales, or in a common law jurisdiction, with experience working in the UK.
- At least 1-year PQE in a recognised banking & finance practice.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
