Henderson Brown is delighted to announce an exclusive partnership with a renowned Food and Beverage manufacturer. Our client is a global leader and has a legacy of providing high-quality food and beverage products made from the finest ingredients around the world.
This role is going to be an extremely rewarding adventure. They are a professional outfit looking at a new opportunity in the UK grocery market and are seeking someone with a clear understanding of taking a new product into retail.
As a result, they are looking for someone who has potentially worked for a start-up or SME and released products into TOP4. You will have a broad skillset and experience in areas like Shopper and marketing as well as business development and accounts management.
First class commercial management skills are taken as read, but they want energy, they want enthusiasm and they want someone who is knowledgeable and can deal not only with day to day account management issues with existing customers but someone who can spot other opportunities with new customers and develop the strategy to engage with these further.
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience within FMCG, specifically food, can learn and read the market fast, and problem-solve at speed. You will need to think laterally, and make rational decisions quickly, communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to push through business and bring results.
