An international investor led business, with expansive global operations across Europe is recruiting for an Interim CFO on an initial contract, with high likelihood of extension. This is an integral hire for a strategic turnaround of multiple business entities, where you will be given the mandate to build and lead a transformational turnaround team with a remit across Europe. As the Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will be: Lead point of contact for all finance and company secretarial matters Improving financial performance and health of the group Reviewing business processes and operations with the view of rationalising costs and achieving better financial management and ROI Managing key external stakeholder and investor relationships, as well as internal relationships with C-suite leadership team Building a best in class finance function for a global business, appointing regional FDs Restructuring the organisation ensuring people and financial capital are deployed appropriately The ideal candidate will be: Qualified from a big 4 accounting practice or equivalent able to demonstrate extensive turnaround and restructuring experience Be able to work across Europe with some travel required to Turkey Turkish language experience highly beneficial Apply ASAP to ensure you are considered for this Interim CFO role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
