Are you passionate about project management, with an interest in real estate and ready to take on new challenges? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to work in our Real Estate department in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from managing industrial estates to assisting clients with property acquisitions and refinancings. What will you be doing? In this role, you will organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking ongoing and pipeline projects. You will assist with document management and reviews, arrange and take notes at meetings, and support the creation and updating of key project documents. Additionally, you will lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will also help to develop and implement new processes and procedures, ensuring standardized ways of working. So what are we looking for? This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. You must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
