Job Description

• Flexible working – We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
• There will be an expectation for you to work from either a PA office and/or client location at least 2x per week.
• Travel to client site will be necessary as and when the client requires.
• Location – This role will be aligned to our London office, based in Victoria.

We are actively recruiting Principal IT Transformation and Sourcing Consultants with a passion for defining and delivering radical change within businesses to exploit new digital technology and modern digital ways of working by providing strategic advice to CIOs and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Designing sourcing strategies which balance the appropriate mix of internal and external IT and Business Process services.
• Shaping and delivering sourcing solutions, business cases and contracts which deliver sustainable benefits, including engaging leading market suppliers.
• Shaping and delivering global operating and delivery models that enable the exploitation of modern, digital ways of working.
• Leading complex transition programmes and workstreams to transform IT and business services.

Qualifications:

• Previous consultancy experience of strategic sourcing is required with responsibility for delivering solutions to clients.
• Demonstrable experience of contributing to major bid and proposal development.
• Broad knowledge of the technology services marketplace and exposure to outsourcing application, infrastructure and workplace services.
• Ability to define business and IT services, requirements and SLAs.
• Experience across the outsourcing lifecycle, including business cases, cost and commercial models.
• A proven ability to shape effective procurement strategies and negotiate robust commercial solutions.
• Expertise in technology delivery disciplines.
