We have amazing opportunities for experienced Smart Meter Engineers for one of our leading clients, which has been established for over 30 years. They are an award-winning building services company that has grown significantly. Due to their expansion and new client wins, they are looking to grow their team further.
As an experienced Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of smart metering systems across your local area. You may also be required to install new systems on domestic and commercial sites as well as give important customer demonstrations if you are doing a new installation.
As a commercial gas engineer, you will need:
- Hold a CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 or Level 2 Smart Meter Diploma.
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Smart Energy Engineer / Dual Fuel Meter installer.
- Hold a current full manual driving license (with up to 6 points), which you can use in the UK.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
You will receive:
- Great Basic £250 flat rate of pay for Saturday work (normal hours of work, booked in work 8-5 pm). Can do as many Saturdays as they want. Saturday work is optional.
- £250 per month Health & Safety/attendance/productivity bonus.
- OOH working is required, payment is £200 for the week, and overtime is payable if called out at 1.5 times their hourly rate and 2 times their hourly rate on a Sunday.
