HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?
You will be working with a wider NH team with our client in the public sector space. You will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions, driving organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, analyzing complex systems, and providing actionable insights to shape and optimize end-to-end operating models.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Consultant
  • Experience working on Organisation Design and Target Operating Model workstreams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Senior stakeholder management.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Consulting experience
  • Experience working in Central Government departments

* Contract would be inside IR35 – Hybrid working – 2 days in the London office **
