My client is recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor at Partner level to join their law firm on a fully remote basis as a Consultant.
This opportunity should appeal to a successful partner with in-depth experience in Corporate law, who has the entrepreneurial flair to grow their own practice on their own terms.
They are a virtual law firm whose lawyers operate on an entirely remote basis and are made up of a team of over 40 people based across the UK – many of whom are lawyers who have come from Top 20 or Magic Circle firms or were in-house counsel at FTSE 100 companies. Their practice provides City of London levels of service to a diverse array of large and small clients located nationally and internationally.

The role:
You will work alongside other Partners and Consultants in the Corporate practice, whilst also developing your own practice.
You will:
- Have the ability and experience in managing complex cases.
- Have a strong grounding in all aspects of Corporate law with relevant experience and a track record of successfully handling files at a senior level.
- Collaborate well with your peers on internal referrals.
- Be adept at undertaking the general responsibilities of partnership.
Key skills:
- Be a qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
- Have at least 10 years+ PQE.
- Be a top-quality solicitor with a track record.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to foster strong relationships through oral and written communication.
