Job Description
A leading Financial Services group is looking to hire an Interim Legal Counsel for a 6-month period to assist their Markets and Advisory Legal Team.
The role will focus on assisting with the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of finance-linked hedging, FX/IRS deal contingent transactions, and ancillary documentation such as equity commitment letters and novations, as well as other structured derivative products, including structured repos and TRS. You will also assist in advising on the creation, structuring, regulatory analysis, and launching of new products related to structured derivatives.
Background: Experience with finance-linked secured hedging and FX/IRS deal contingent transactions. Experience in reviewing and evaluating hedging rights and obligations in loan agreements and intercreditor agreements in leveraged finance and infrastructure financing structures, as well as experience with structured derivative products.
