Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer looking for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious City law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their expanding Corporate & Commercial practice. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including domestic start-ups and the UK subsidiaries of international and multinational corporations, many of which are household names.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ PQE and a strong background in Commercial Law. You should have expertise in some or all of the following areas:
- Sale of goods and services, including cross-border transactions
- Consumer law
- Product liability
- Outsourcing
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Data protection
- Compliance and regulatory matters
- Intellectual property
- IT and e-commerce
