Our client, a leading West End firm well known for their work across Media, Sport, Real Estate, Leisure & Tech, is seeking to hire an associate solicitor at the circa 2-year PQE level for their Commercial/Intellectual Property practice.
The Role:
You will be advising on general commercial contracts as well as technology contracts (licensing and development agreements), distribution arrangements, franchising, and outsourcing. In addition, you will work on non-contentious intellectual property matters, developing your technical knowledge and expertise to help you structure, maintain, and develop your intellectual property rights.
Experience:
You will be working in a similar practice for a well-ranked London-based or regional firm and possess strong academics.
