An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join the top-tier Disputes team of a UK firm based in London. The team handles a wide range of matters, including civil fraud, professional negligence, construction, insolvency, financial services, contractual, director, and shareholder disputes. They represent a diverse client base comprising companies, partnerships, LLPs, regulators, public bodies, individuals, charities, and social enterprises. The team\’s work spans commercial contracts, construction, shareholder and director issues, professional negligence, civil fraud, intellectual property, reputation management, and insurance disputes.
Experience required:
- Qualified in England and Wales, or in a common law jurisdiction, with experience working in the UK.
- At least 1-year PQE in a recognised disputes practice.
- Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative
