We are seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join our client’s Legal Team in the London Office, reporting directly to the Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in:
- Corporate matters and exposure to M&A projects
- Assisting on a wide range of transactional shipping and ship finance matters
- Assisting with all things related to commercial contracts
- Supporting contentious shipping and litigation
The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience, a keen interest or background in the shipping industry, strong problem-solving skills and completed the LPC or SQE. You should be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Annual Salary, contract and start date: £40k annual salary (2-year fixed-term contract), starting in January 2025.
- Location: London near Victoria Station
