Our client, a leading Data and Analytics Organisation is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their organisation on a Contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake exciting solution design work overseeing the migration of existing on-prem applications to AWS as well as delivering the integration of On-prem applications to strategic cloud-based services. In addition, you will be tasked to advise and consult on migrations onto Microsoft Azure so good knowledge in both AWS and Azure is beneficial. This role will involve collaborating with different business lines translating high-level business requirements ensuring the strategy is understood and relaying the best way to operationalise the cloud environments.
Required skills:
- 5-10 years of Solution Architecture experience in a large Financial Service Organisation or similar environment
- In depth experience of Real time market data systems or Similar Domain (5 years+)
- Significant experience utilising AWS with an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – at least to Associate level
- Significant experience translating businesses requirements into architectural solutions.
- Strong understanding in Automation (Gitlab, Terraform, Python)
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management
