About our client

We are currently partnering with a global private equity firm which is looking to add an investment manager to its London office. This role will report into the two managing partners. The infrastructure team have a value-add strategy and invest in mid-market companies that own and develop socially required and sustainable infrastructure.

What the job involves

  1. Involvement in the full deal lifecycle
  2. Responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of investment opportunities
  3. Responsible for preparing dynamic financial models, investment committee presentations and assisting with due diligence
  4. Play a key role in asset management of new investments in the value add infrastructure sector
  5. Liaise on key business issues and prepare for board meetings, interact with management, and assist with quarterly client reporting
  6. Responsible for managing junior members of the team

Who we are looking for

  1. Experience working in a fund, investment bank or consultancy firm. Investing experience preferred
  2. Clear and demonstrable people management skills
  3. Strong deal experience
  4. Top-ranked performer within your peer group
  5. Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
