Creative Agency – Chief Finance Officer
Your new company
An exciting creative agency who are currently going through a period of exponential growth across EMEA and North American markets. Working as a dynamic creative agency, constantly striving to drive business transformation and redefine brand visibility. Their focus lies in creating captivating promotional campaigns that maximise impact while minimising risk for our clients.
Your new role
You will be taking the mantle and leading a large finance team to the next level. Having 4 direct reports, you will nurture and strengthen this team. It will be your responsibility to not only complete the monthly reporting as a part of a quick turnaround period, but also manage the international taxation involved in running a global business such as this. Leading conversations with key stakeholders in the business and being able to justify and confidently present estimates for growth and profit.
What you’ll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or Equivalent).
Strong experience within a creative or SAAS-based environment.
Experience leading teams.
Experience with intangible accounting and high-level estimation.
