We are actively recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator. You will be responsible for accurate pricing ensuring competitive to the market.

  • Building client relationships alongside internal relationships with project managers.
  • Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding materials, labour, transport, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure feasibility and accuracy of bids.
  • Submit timely and competitive quotations or tenders.
  • Provide quotations for additional works or variations as required during the project lifecycle.
  • Track and analyse win/loss ratios and adjust estimating strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with relevant health & safety standards and industry regulations.
  • CISRS/OSHA or other scaffolding-related certification is an advantage.
