Scaffolding Estimator

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Scaffolding Estimator.

You will be responsible for accurate pricing ensuring competitive to the market.

Building client relationships alongside internal relationships withproject managers

Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for scaffolding materials, labour, transport, and equipment.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure feasibility and accuracy of bids.

Submit timely and competitive quotations or tenders.

Provide quotations for additional works or variations as required during the project lifecycle.

Track and analyse win/loss ratios and adjust estimating strategies accordingly.

Maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure all estimates comply with relevant health & safety standards and industry regulations.

CISRS/OSHA or other scaffolding-related certification is an advantage.
