We are seeking a Director of Operations with senior leadership experience overseeing the finance, resources, and governance of a global multi-project grant programme aimed at tackling social injustice in some of the most challenging locations in the world. The responsibilities include leading a small multi-disciplinary team and working in close collaboration with colleagues liaising directly with grantees.
This is a highly specialist role requiring a close match with sector experience, i.e., charitable foundation giving, and a global dimension that will bring experience of the movement of funds under multiple regulatory frameworks and in compliance with international legislation designed to tackle money laundering and the funding of illegal activity.
Expressions of interest are being sought on a rolling basis, and it is anticipated that a selection process will be held in May this year.
