Planning Business Director
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 – 3 months
Daily rate: £450/day
Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Core Competencies:
- Very strong understanding of media channels, as well as being a key partner to the relevant Strategy Director, in connecting insights and strategy with media planning outputs.
- Be the key contact for senior clients.
- Must have strong experience in people management, overseeing how the goals and objectives of the whole team align with the vision for success.
- Must have strong capabilities in training managers to be effective people managers, providing guidance and encouragement to empower them to grow and develop their direct reports.
- Show care for the team and a desire to nurture their growth and development within the agency.
- Consistently identify ways to help the team deliver their best work.
- Demonstrate excellent client management skills, from relationship management to crisis control.
- Show enthusiasm and engagement in wider agency initiatives and opportunities.
- Experience with award-winning work and the ability to spot opportunities to elevate good work to great work.
- Interest in building Starcom’s reputation and fostering positive relationships with media owners and partner agencies.
