As Doctor for the Women's First Team, you will deliver an elite, evidence-based sports medicine service, ensuring the comprehensive and effective management of all player medical needs. You'll take the lead in assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical issues, applying the latest clinical best practices to support player health, recovery, and peak performance. A vital presence on matchdays, you'll provide pitch-side medical cover for all home fixtures.

With hands-on experience supporting women in elite sport, you'll bring a deep understanding of football-specific injuries, particularly those prevalent in the women's game. You thrive under pressure, think fast, and act with confidence, working independently to solve problems and deliver outstanding care. Your communication will be as sharp as your clinical judgement, you'll know how to build trust, collaborate seamlessly with coaching and performance teams, and keep key stakeholders informed, aligned, and focused on the players' best interests.
