Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategic vision, development, and delivery of an ambitious web and mobile platform . This role will oversee the entire product lifecycle , from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and user expectations.
The Head of Product will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technology teams, marketing, and data analysts to prioritize product features, drive innovation, and build a user-centric platform that scales globally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy , ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap , prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, market research, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of product initiatives.
- Feature Development Oversight – Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of key product features and functionalities, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Leverage user analytics and data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Champion an exceptional user experience (UX) across all product interfaces and interactions.
- Ensure that product designs and features are built with scalability, flexibility, and future growth in mind.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team , fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and ownership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related communications, presenting updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and investors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in product leadership roles , with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
- Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
- Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile product architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure .
- Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) for informed decision-making.
- Deep passion for user experience (UX) design and building customer-first products.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello , or Asana .
- Ability to work seamlessly with engineering, marketing, and design teams to align priorities and goals.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale product teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
