As our next AR Team Leader, you'll be leading a team undertaking Credit Control, Dispute Management and Commercial Support activities. Your role is instrumental in motivating, coaching and developing the team.
Your remit will be to support the AR Credit Manager with KPI performance reviews, risk reviews, and ad hoc reporting. You will be responsible for providing a professional and cooperative end-to-end service to both our internal and external customers in line with Premier Foods values.
Within this role, there is an opportunity to drive an engaged team through objective setting, PDR management, 1:1's, feedback, team meetings, Values & Behaviours.
Your day-to-day activities will include delivering consistent, accurate and timely information to the business with records maintained for internal and external reporting requirements and audit. You will also coordinate, manage and develop the work of a team of staff to deliver team KPIs and maximise their effectiveness and contribution to the wider business targets.
You will be responsible for delivery of day-to-day performance within the team - ensuring targets and productivity are met. You will arrange for and monitor delivery of external audit requests for information and operate within the business controls framework, following relevant process documents.
