This award-winning law firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with a proven track record of independently leading both corporate & private client immigration service lines.

The Role:

  1. You will be empowered to manage and lead all aspects of UK corporate & private client immigration matters for both new and existing clients.
  2. You will be heavily involved in business development and commercial activities.
  3. You will be responsible for leading a team of immigration professionals with a clear vision and utilise strong leadership to manage the team, their service delivery and quality of services, ensuring client’s immigration compliance needs are met.
  4. You will understand legislative changes and ensure process and systems are operationalised to adapt to new requirements driving regulatory and legal compliance.

The Person:

  1. The successful candidate must be legally qualified, non-qualified candidates cannot be considered for this vacancy.
  2. The applicant must be an immigration subject matter expert and have vast experience of handling a wide range of UK corporate & private client immigration matters.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience.
  4. Strategic thinker, proven ability to anticipate and resolve complex scenarios.
  5. Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence.
  6. Ability to influence at a senior level and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  7. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in plain language and in a pragmatic manner.
  8. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
