The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a Sports and Entertainment Partner into their City office, close to Liverpool Street station, London.
- The Sports and Entertainment department currently houses a team of four. This department was split off from Corporate Commercial a couple of years ago, and since such time has achieved great things. The team has acted on matters for the Premier League, WSL players, World Boxing Champions, F1, Cricketers, Golders, and International brands.
- The firm is seeking a new Partner to join the team due to strategic and well-planned growth. You will work with the Head of Department to further grow the department and drive and expand revenue streams.
- This could prove to be the perfect role for an experienced and ambitious senior associate seeking a springboard into a partnership role.
- The caseload will be varied and will focus purely on non-contentious work for Sports and Entertainment clients. Work will include: Commercial contracts, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements, sports club contracts, terms and conditions, consignment agreements, trademarks, and IP.
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE + in media work (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience).
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
