Huge Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation project kicking off! One of the largest projects within a well-established company’s digital transformation is under way, presenting an opportunity for an experience Business Analyst. To give an idea of scale this first stage of the project is expected to last at least 2 years and would suit a Business Analyst with recent experience of ERP implementations, although you will get to work on other projects. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements for the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the system meets operational needs. Map current business processes and recommend improvements. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to drive project success. Support the implementation team with issue resolution, testing, and training. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365.
