Newly created role with a fast-paced, growing player in the data centre operations sector who are looking for a Transaction Manager to join their legal team on a permanent basis. London based, hybrid working. This role would best suit someone with a legal background, a paralegal/contracts manager who has moved into project management. Experience working in a law firm environment and/or in financial services would be advantageous. Reporting to the General Counsel you will have a broad role encompassing: managing investor compliance and reporting requirements taking lead on projects related to M&A activity, DD processes and transaction schedules maintaining the contracts management register, support with drafting standard form contracts and related queries liaising with external counsel, key internal stakeholders and investors continual process improvements and implementations providing general support to the legal team in relation to any ongoing project work, compliance and regulatory changes To be considered for this role you will have 5+ years as a guide working in a legal environment, law firm or in-house legal team. You will be able to demonstrate experience managing your own workload to schedules, stakeholder management and overseeing similar projects.
